Chief of Party	Medical Doctor (preferred) with Master’s Degree (or higher) in Public Health or Social Sciences is preferred; At least 10 years’ experience in managing complex public health programs or programs of similar scope and size; Solid technical knowledge in HIV/AIDS, TB and other infectious diseases, maternal and child health, Health Systems Strengthening, Quality Improvement/ Quality Assurance; Strong management skills, strategic vision, leadership qualities, professional reputation, ability to create synergies where applicable, interpersonal skills, and written and oral presentation skills to fulfil the diverse technical and managerial requirements of the project description; Experience in managing Adolescent focused health programs; Experience in managing PEPFAR programs will be an advantage Experience of working in a developing country setting, preferably Southern Africa; Professional level of oral and written fluency in English language; Demonstrated strategic planning, staff development and capacity building experience; and Experience with USG rules and regulations.
Biomedical Prevention Specialist	Degree in a health- related field e.g. medicine, clinical practice, community health or nursing, master’s degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of work experience in public health and technical oversight, design and implementation of biomedical HIV prevention programs Experience in mentoring and supervision of HIV prevention, care and treatment, care and support or OVC programs is required Experience working with PEPFAR and U.S. Government operations, rules, regulations, procedures, policies, and programs (preferred) Knowledge of biomedical HIV prevention technical issues and programming Must have the ability to obtain, analyze, synthesize, and disseminate data and present findings in both oral and written form Excellent interpersonal and team building skills Excellent communication skills in English. Facilitation skills using participatory methodologies Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and able to learn other applications quickly Must be able to prepare precise and accurate reports and to develop and present briefings
NARP- Driver	Able to read and write in English; Ability to speak the local languages of that community; A minimum of 3 – 5 years of driving experience within the public sector and/or NGO environment; Grade 12 qualification will be an advantage; Hold a valid Namibian CODE BE Driving license with no traffic infringements; Must be a Namibian Citizen Additional Requirements: •Ability to work independently and be trustworthy; •Willingness to work additional hours when required; •Flexibility to assist where necessary; and •Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
