Port Engineer: Research & Planning	MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: An Honours Degree [NQF Level 8] or equivalent in field of Civil Engineering. A minimum of seven (7) years relevant professional experience, of which three (3) years should have been in a senior specialist or supervisory capacity. Registration as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) with the Engineering Council of Namibia (ECN). Relevant experience within the Port and/or Maritime industry will be an added advantage. Technical fluency in project management and technical drawings tools, such as AutoCAD. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project. Well-developed strategic planning and project management capabilities. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and efficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships. Must be a critical thinker, versatile, adaptable, and decisive.
ICT Auditor	MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Bachelor Degree or equivalent [NQF Level 7] in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Auditing. Five (5) years post qualification audit work experience with a minimum of three (3) years in the ICT domain. Strong audit experience in organizations with complex operations. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification and/ or any other relevant postgraduate qualification would be an added advantage. Organized observation ability, coupled with a well-developed ability to analyze and interpret information. An excellent eye for detail, complemented by good time management ability. Must be trustworthy, objective with an independent mind-set. Relationship building & customer service orientation. Sound verbal and written communication skills. Audit planning and execution and proficiency in finding creative solutions to complex problems. Risk management skills.
Graphic Designer	MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Diploma [NQF Level 6] in Graphic Design, Fine Arts (BFA), Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or any related field. Four (4) years experience in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation). Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills. Experience in managing Social Media platforms for a Corporate will be an added advntage. Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript will be an added adntage. Editing and copywriting skills are required. Technology orientated, a good understanding of the media landscape and the use of social media platforms. Good interpersonal skills, ability to work independantly and within a team.
