MANAGING DIRECTOR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant degree in either Aviation / Legal / Finance or appropriate field, coupled with extensive years of working experience, of which at least five years should have been at executive management level.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Management / Business Administration will be a distinct advantage.
  • Exposure to the airline industry will be an added advantage.
  • Mature, extensive and hands-on management experience with a proven record of success and achievement in business.
General Manager: Finance EDUCATIONS,EXPERIENE & SKILLS:

  • Registered Chartered Accountant (CA),with at least 7 years post qualification experience
  • Posess professional designation (CA,CIMA) from a recognized accounting institution.
  • Master’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance would be an added advantage.
  • At least 10 years or closely related well-roundend finance and accounting experience of which 5 years must
    be at executive management level.
  • Sound knowledge of integrated financial and operational IT applications.
  • Proven track record of managing people to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conversant in English. Any of the other local languages would be an added advantage.
