Payroll Administrator MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance/Human Resources.
  • 8 – 10 years payroll processing working experience, with 2 – 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of payroll procedures, regulations and related laws.
  • Familiarity with Payroll software and/or Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Computer literate with mastering of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of South African and Zambian legislations and remuneration will be an added advantage.
  • Namibian citizen or eligible to apply for Namibian citizenship.
  • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
  • Valid driver’s Licence.
GRADUATE TRAINEE TERTIARY QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Honours degree in Industrial Psychology (x1 candidate);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (Programming & Software Development) (x2
    candidates);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (x1 candidate);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management & Logistics (x1 candidate);
  • Honours degree in Microbiology (x1 candidate);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical- or Industrial Engineering (x1 candidate);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Consumer Science (must have Quality Assurance as  module) (x1 candidate).
