NATIONAL TB COORDINATOR
  • Nursing degree or registered nurse with a post-graduate qualification in public health
  • At least 5 years’ experience in public health programming either directly with or in support of the Namibian Ministry of Health and Social Services
  • Extensive experience with TB and HIV service delivery at facility and community level
  • In-depth understanding of TB programmatic priorities with the ability to analyze, interpret and present data
  • Supervisory skills and ability to provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff
  • Familiar with the application of quality improvement methodologies
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
  • Driver’s license
  • Namibian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Registration with Health Professions Council of Namibia
QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER X 1
  • Degree/diploma in nursing, Social Sciences or Biomedical Technology, or related fields.
  • At least two years’ experience in Counseling and Testing of HIV program activities.
  • Trained Rapid Tester in HIV, teaching and training experience.
  • Counseling and Testing Quality assurance experience.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel extensively and Valid driver’s license will be an advantage.
  • Namibian citizenship
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR AND DATA CLERK x 1
  • Diploma / National Vocational Certificate Level 3 in Office Administration / Accounting, Certificate in Applied Statistics or another related field.
  • Grade 11 & 12 certificates (new & old curriculums) with a minimum of 20 points in 6 subjects
  • Proven experience as an Office administrator, office assistant, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Rapid testing certificate will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of HTS database
  • Experience in handling large volumes of data
  • Must be trustworthy and able to keep confidentiality
  • At least 2 years of experience and working with NGOs will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) and office management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organisational and administrative skills.
  • A proven record of working with petty cash and monthly reconciliation is a must
