At least two years’ experience in Counseling and Testing of HIV program activities. Trained Rapid Tester in HIV, teaching and training experience. Counseling and Testing Quality assurance experience. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Ability to travel extensively and Valid driver’s license will be an advantage. Namibian citizenship
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR AND DATA CLERK x 1	Diploma / National Vocational Certificate Level 3 in Office Administration / Accounting, Certificate in Applied Statistics or another related field.
