Quality Management Lead	MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Graduate degree in a relevant field such as public health, nursing, medical degree, international development, etc. 8 years of experience working in QI of health service delivery in Namibia with deep knowledge of Namibian health system, in particular the MHSS.  Demonstrated ability and minimum 5 years experience in the development and provision of HIV/TB clinical training, performance improvement, quality improvement, and clinical mentoring. Expertise in implementing quality assurance systems for HIV/AIDS or TB interventions and in adult learning and training methodologies will be an added advantage Sound knowledge of HIV/TB prevention, care and treatment cascade Proven ability to lead teams using a stakeholder consensus building approach with key stakeholders to improve the quality of facility and community-level services Preferred work experience with USAID or CDC in Namibia as an implementing partner Proven leader with strong English written and communication skills Ability to analyze and interpret health information data using Excel, SAS, SPSS or other software programs Namibian citizens / permanent residents are encouraged to apply
Strategic Information Lead	Master’s degree in public health, epidemiology, statistics, demography, social science, nursing, or medicine is required, an advanced degree (PhD) is an added advantage. A minimum of 5-7 years of senior level experience in designing and implementing HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, or care programs with in-depth knowledge in M&E of the interventions. Relevant program experience working with Namibian MHSS or in an NGO environment with a focus on HIV prevention, care, treatment, and support. Field experience in HIV data collection, data analysis, reporting, best practices in data dissemination and data use. Demonstrated understanding of applicable health information systems in Namibia (e.g., DHIS2 and ePMS). Experience reporting against PEPFAR MER indicators and use of DATIM reporting system. Ability to work independently as an effective team member in a complex and fast-paced environment. Knowledge of statistical and analytical packages Excel, SPSS, STATA. Strong verbal and written English language skills. Namibian citizens or permanent residents encouraged to apply.
