Name of Profile Requirements
Technical Advisor, Programs Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus eight (8) years of experience OR Master’s degree plus four (4) years of experience in a field related to Logistics/Supply Chain Management required; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least seven years of experience in pharmaceutical management and logistics and supply chain management, particularly at the national level.
  • Experience working in the health system of developing countries, supporting Ministries of Health, preferred.
  • Experience formulating and conducting capacity building, training, or on-the-job mentoring.
  • Familiarity with project management, especially with USAID-funded projects, preferred.
  • Experience in management of electronic patient record systems (EPR) and logistics management information systems (LMIS).
  • Proven ability to drive results in remote contexts.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a cross cultural environment with multiple stakeholders and partners.
  • Fluency in English and local language and excellent report-writing skills
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Demonstrates leadership, versatility, and integrity.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

  • Minimum noise levels in an office environment
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally approximately 15% of the time
  • Position is based in an office, requiring sitting at a desk most of the day
