Maintenance Planner (C Band) Ideally, you will have:
Education & Experience

  • Gr 12 with 23 Points.
  • Technical Qualification (Trade Certificate will be advantage).
  • Certificate in Maintenance Planning or 5+ Years relevant planning experience
  • Valid Driver’s
  • ERP business Systems experience (Microsoft D365 will be a distinct advantage)
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Knowledge of machine components and equipment, planning process (flow diagram), buying/invoice process, excellent knowledge of mining and engineering processes
  • People and Team Oriented
  • Communication: Communicates freely and transparently about all relevant issues, in a manner that allows others to respond freely and transparently, ensuring that there are no misunderstandings and relationships are enhanced)
  • Cross Boundary Learning: Facilitates a process that creates dialogue, sharing and involvement across functional and unit boundaries, to create higher-level understanding, as well as multi-level teams that collectively work towards the execution of the organization’s strategy.
  • Computer Literacy; Report writing skills; MS Excel data management and reporting skills.

SENIOR MAINTENANCE PLANNER EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12/Technical equivalent
  • Training in Maintenance Planning; Oil analyses
  • Recognized Trade Diploma in relevant field at N3 Level and Red seal (added advantage)
  • Valid Driver’s License (08)

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 years in heavy equipment maintenance planning experience.
  • Well experienced in systematic, preventative maintenance programs.
  • Working knowledge of equipment, materials and tools used in the industry.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong communication, mathematical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced computer literacy (MS excel)
