ASSISTANT MANAGER: IT ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS	Competency and Skill Requirements A Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Studies, or relevant field. Relevant certifications and knowledge of Sage X3 ERP, SQL, Pentaho & Power BI (Data warehouse), Cybersecurity Security, Databases MSSQL & PostgreSQL, Python, Java, IT governance (ITIL or COBIT). Five (5) years’ experience in IT of which three years was in a supervisory or managerial position. Experience in project management and managing vendor relationships. Knowledge and experience in information technology governance, risk management, and compliance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
ASSISTANT MANAGER – IT INFRASTRUCTURE	Competency and Skill Requirements A Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Studies, or relevant field. Relevant certifications in hardware virtualization (VMware), information technology security, networking, IT governance or related areas, such as ITIL, COBIT, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications is a must. Eight (8) years’ experience in IT of which three years was in a supervisory or managerial position. Knowledge and experience in information technology governance, risk management, and compliance. Experience in project management and managing vendor relationships. Experience and VMware certification will be a distinct advantage. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (PRODUCTION SYSTEMS)	Competency and Skill Requirements A+ or N+ certificates in IT or bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems (IS) or equivalent qualification. MCP certifications and Virtualization knowledge will be an added advantage. Three (3) years’ experience. Knowledge of Production Systems (Emydex), Touch terminals, Scales and handheld scanners will be a distinct advantage. Knowledge of workstation/panel PC’s / peripherals hardware / software setup, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, and deployment. Advanced understanding of networks, database fundamentals, and working with data in tables. Ability to understand and read Programming code (Python). Ability to work in VMWare environment and to work in Production Areas.
IT TECHNICIAN (PRODUCTION SYSTEMS)	Competency and Skill Requirements IT Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCSA Windows 10. 3 years’ experience as an IT technician also doing end-user support. Knowledge of Windows desktop administration. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365. Good understanding of computer networks and skilled in fault finding on computer networks. Skilled in troubleshooting of computer equipment, repair of industrial printers, electronic scales, barcode scanners, RFID scanners and computer network cabling. Code B driver’s license is essential.
CLERK: LOGISTICS	Competency and Skill Requirements A Diploma in Logistics and supply chain or equivalent qualification. A relevant Degree will be an added advantage. At least Two (2) years’ experience in logistics environment. Able to work in a team, planning and organizing, numerical ability and proven high level of attention to detail. Effective communication and time management. Ability to multitask effectively. Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act, 2015 (Act 15 of 2015), the Meat Corporation Act, 2001 (Act 1 of 2001) and the Import and Export Control Act, 1994 (Act 30 of 1994). Working Knowledge of MS office. Customer focus, Technically Capable, Stress tolerant, Fact finding, and Results driven. A code B driver’s license is essential.
