Assistant Company Secretary	An LLB degree (LLM is an added advantage) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience of which three (3) years are in legal drafting or in Company Secretarial Administrative work. Admitted Lawyer by the High Court of Namibia and Chartered Secretarial Qualification. Computer proficiency, including sound knowledge of Council Resolution Tracker System. Demonstrate sound knowledge of Legal, legislative, and Regulatory interpretation – King III, King IV, NamCode, Public Enterprises Governance Act, Companies Act, and Communication Act. Proven proficiency in delivering information clearly and succinctly, both written and verbal communication. Demonstrate maturity and adhere to elevated ethical and moral principles when handling privileged and confidential information. Exhibit the fiduciary disposition expected of a Council Member.
Manager: Talent Acquisition and Remuneration	A B.Hons degree (NQF Level 8) in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related qualification with at least eight years (8) of experience in recruitment and remuneration of which three (3) years should be at a supervisory level in a medium-sized organisation. A Master’s degree (NQF level 9) in any of the above fields will be an advantage. Sound knowledge of all relevant legislation. Exceptional work ethics and excellent english communication (oral and written), interpersonal, problemsolving, management and customer service skills. Senior Employee Relations Practitioner	A Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources, Labour or Industrial Relations or relevant qualification with at least six (6) years of relevant experience in managing Employee Relations/Industrial Relations. Excellent English Communication skills (written and oral). Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff at all levels, good written and oral communication skills, sound interpersonal skills, strong conceptual, critical thinking skills, conflict-solving skills, negotiation skills, attention to detail and proactive. Sound knowledge of the Labour Act and the Affirmative Action (Employment) Act. Proactive and ability to adapt to a changing working environment. A Diploma in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution or Labour Law will be an advantage.
Supervisor: Security and Building Management Services	A relevant Diploma (NQF Level 6), or a combined ten (10) years of relevant experience in the industry. Advanced relevant private security/police training, good English communication, investigative skills, and knowledge of safety and security standards and policies will be an added advantage.
Professor: Extractive Metallurgy	A Doctorate (NQF Level 10) in Extractive Metallurgy, Minerals Process or related Engineering qualification with at least ten (10) years of lecturing and research experience at tertiary education level and/or industry experience or an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience. Excellent English communication skills (oral and written). Proven competence in successful sourcing of research or project funding from third-party sources, successful initiation and management of research projects, curriculum development, and strong management/organisational and mentorship skills. Competence to develop high-quality course materials and teach in at least three (3) of the following courses at both under- and post-graduate levels: Mineral Processing, Pyrometallurgy, Hydrometallurgy, Metallurgical Plant Design, Mineral Value Chain Management, and Mineral Project Management. Competence to assume academic leadership, to establish professional networks, and to maintain links with industry, as well as experience in developing postgraduate programmes. Sound research profile including twenty (20) relevant peer-reviewed journals/books/ conference proceedings and successful supervision of at least three (3) Master’s and one Doctoral (research) students. Membership of relevant professional organisations will be an added advantage.
