Senior Accountant QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Financial Accounting with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Financial Accounting.
  • Professional finance related knowledge required, gained through tertiary education and relevant experience.
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
  • Knowledge on Taxation.
  • Draft Worx and SAP would be an advantage.
Culinary Experience Manager QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Executive Chef roles within 4* and 5* star hotels/lodges.
  • Proven track record in creating Degustation Experiences.
  • International experience in culinary arts, with exposure to Africa, Asia, and Europe.
  • HAACP experience and/or accreditation.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, MICROS, and Materials Control.
  • Demonstrated expertise in culinary training, menu development, and culinary strategy.
Team Leader Distribution

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

  • Degree in Transport and Logistics Management.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience on supervisory level.
  • MS Office, SAP, extensive knowledge on FMCG distribution, transport, and logistics systems
  • Knowledge on FMCG and Cold Chain will be an added advantage
Food & Beverage Supervisor QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing /Advertising with 5 years Marketing/Advertising experience.
  • Sound Marketing & Advertising Industry experience would be an advantage.
  • Competent in Chase, Microsoft Word, Projects, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communicator and great networking and people skills.
Pack House Supervisor
 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

  • 3-year diploma or equivalent additional education in packhouse/warehouse or agriculture fields or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role within a pack house or similar agricultural setting.
  • Knowledge of vegetable packing processes, grading standards, and quality control measures are essential.
Food & Beverage Manager QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in food and Beverage Management/Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management
  • 8 years’ experience Food & Beverage Management role in a 4* and 5* hotel or lodge , with at least two years at senior management level.
  • HACCP Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Wine courses or additional businesses courses etc., will be an added advantage and strong customer service ethic.
Specialist Employee Wellness
 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work.
  • Registered with Health Professions Council of Namibia (HPCNA).
  • Accredited Counselling Training Certification.
  • Accredited Employee Wellness Certification will be an advantage.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with Employee Wellness or Workplace Programs is a requirement.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in counselling, health and wellness education and training is requirement.
  • Relevant experience working in a corporate environment will be an added advantage.
Specialist Process Analysis
 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, auditing or similar.
  • 3-5 years’ relevant process analysis experience.
  • Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
  • Experienced in business process mapping and business process reengineering.
  • Knowledge of process automation and information systems.
  • Knowledge of ISO’s management system standards and BRC will be an added advantage.
  • A valid code B/BE driver’s license and own transport.
Waiter QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Grade 12.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant operation as waiter within a 4* or 5*Hotel and Restaurant practice.
  • Computer Literacy: MS Office, MICROS, Materials Control.
